How do I add my cards here? I don't know how this workds I just signed up now

Follow the videos on the help section so you can see how to add cards to your dashboards and put up your requests, maybe we can trade. I am not looking to buy.
 
Go to your dashboard and then go to your shop and add offers and add your requests
